Really good News! Due to changes in funding from the State of California, the Loomis Union School District was able to re-align their budget and fully fund the PE program for the current 2011-2012 school year.

Thank you to all who have contributed in our efforts to help maintain our PE program during our "Keep PE Alive" campaign last spring. We raised $10,750. The money received and LBEF’s matching funds of $10,750 have been set aside for future needs in the LUSD’s PE program. With the State budget crises still looming, budget cuts may impact us in the future. When this occurs, we will rally again, because we can "Make a Difference Locally."
