The mission of the Loomis Basin Education Foundation (L.B.E.F.) is to improve educational opportunity and to support the strategic plan of the Loomis Union School District. The Loomis Union School District's strategic plan builds on the bedrock of a successful school system. The District's plan commits to preserve the quality of the current educational program, while setting the course for the future.
